Poor Service and Broken promises

Builders Warehouse in Rivonia is one of the worst services one can experience, deliveries are always later than promised making it detrimental to any construction house. We have given them 3 chances with dealing with the branch, but it becomes irresponsible when people have paid money and then only to be told after we paid they cannot deliver. It is frustrating to know this is the service we have to live with in this country. Absolutely no one taking pride in their work! This would be the last time EVER after a delivery that is now a broken promise ALL over AGAIN!
