2 weeks ago we paid this company in full for security lights and electric fencing. the amount was over R22 000. We normally don't pay the full amount, but out of good heart thought we would get good service. Only the lights has been fitted not even 2 weeks ago and after 3 days they stopped working. I emailed the company the complaint with no response. Today they contact me and expect to jump with the time and day they give me. I work my wife works, we cannot just take off work like we want. I told them this, and the attitude was well then they will help us when it's convenient for them and when their convenience suits us. I asked for the rest of my money back, for they haven't even done the fencing yet, and they are refusing. I have taken this matter up with my lawyers at legal wise, but I also feel everyone in this country should know what bad service they actually provide. When you give a service and something isn't working and you have received a full payment for something that is not completed, it is expected to treat your customer they need to be treated!!!
