FAMILY FIRES STAFF SWEAR AT THEIR CUSTOMERS

Ever been sworn at by someone you paid to do a service? I ordered a flute from Deon he said it needs to have a section inside the braai to steady it. I gave him the inside outside measurements of the braai. They came to install discovered the flute was the same size as the braai so didn't fit. I am no expert but if someone gave me measurements of a braai and I had to make something to fit INSIDE it, I wouldn't have made it the same size as the braai, but a bit smaller! They called Deon to tell him it doesn't fit and Deon instructed them to leave the flute at my house. I called the next day and when Deon heard it was me, he became aggressive. He was shouting, telling me that I gave him the wrong measurements. I asked him to calm down so we can discuss it. He said that he will need to send someone to fetch it, resize and bring it back. He made said he was going to charge me for this. I told him that he had told his guys to leave it at my place when he knew they would need it at their workshop. I asked him again how we are going to resolve this and he replied saying 'well that's your F..ing problem' put the phone down in my ear. HOW CAN U SWEAR AT CUSTOMERS GET AWAY WITH IT?
