Thoughest piece of steak ever!

Bought "mature" steak for braai at Westwood mall pick pay on Sunday! Put marinated on it but only braai tonight being Monday. Normally it would be melting in your mouth if you have bought from Checkers or own butcher. This was so tough that we could not even cut it, even tough it was medium done on braai! it saddens me that we paid well over R150 for this sirloin steaks, and it was uneatable! What about those people that wants to spoil their family on a special braai and they then stuck with junk like this!!! It is unacceptable that we have to pay so much money to just throw it in the dustbin!! Be wArned... never again!
