Supply of sub standard material to fix pool

I contacted HandymanFind regarding some work that had to be done on my swimming pool's pipes that were leaking. HandymanFind assured me that they only make use of professional contractors who have passed their evaluation process and when they put me in contact with Norris Pools and Irrigation who quoted for the work I was of the opinion that they would be able to fix my pool "professionally". Within the first week after they started the project I realised that Norris Pools provided sub-standard materials (pipes) which I pointed out to them as well as HandymanFind with whom Norris Pools have some trade agreement. HandymanFind's response was (that as far as they are concerned) the matter needs to be resolved between myself and Norris Pools. I really find the situation very unsatisfactory since HandymanFind "advertise" that they can provide trustworthy contractors and when "their" contractors do not deliver they just walk away from the problem.
