Doesn't finish painting my house

Started to work on my house on 19 August - after three weeks stopped doing anything - paid 50% of quote - doesn't answer my phone calls or return my messages left at his office. Numerous excuses why the job is not been done. Promised that everything will be done within 3 weeks after they started. Cannot recommend Permatex / Johan Steenekamp at all!
