Bad corbel waterproof job/no response on guaranty

Hello,
Universal roofing waterproofed the corbel around our house last year in order to prevent the leaks into the house from the hairline cracks around the corbel.
Leaks and cracks still exist. We asked two other (different/unrelated) parties to check this leak and they both said that whoever did this job has done a bad job and the waterproofing was not done properly.

The supervisor who was in charge of the two men that was doing the waterproofing job was never reachable. Whenever i went home to check on the work, he was missing. Always busy with someone else. Well you have taken a lot of money from me and don't give a about a thing.
I DO NOT recommend universal roofing for any work. Pathetic workmanship, bad after care and attitude and very unprofessional.

Although universal has given us a 3 year guaranty on the job, they never respond when I ask about it. I sent an email a few months ago asking them to check - no response. Again last week i called them. Nolene or whoever answered the phone said that they will call me back - no response again.
