Slow service when returning goods

This has happend twice now. Have bought goods for a customer and when came to return them, the staff make you wait around for ages and dont want to help. You wait for at least an hour to get any service, other customers there say you must get used to it because they are always like that. Even the car guards say the same. I waited for an hour and 30 minutes before I got my money back.
