Paid R50, 000 deposit may 23 for windows and beams to be installed with a 3 week lead time. We are now middle of August and my windows are still not all in and there is glass waiting against the wall to be installed- I have dogs and small kids but obliged to leave it there thinking it was going to be installed the following day..Everytime i call the office a new excuse is supplied - surely when they accepted my money they understood what materials were needed for the job. 3 weeks is now 4 months and still no sign of my installers
