Gavins On Call Plumbers
Worst experience EVER - Don't ever use them!

Booked Gavin for a job. He arrived late and only did half the work on the first day.
Second day arrived (late) in a state and ranting about his wife divorcing him and needing money. Stupidly I felt sorry for him. He was crying and totally distraught.
He thanked me (between heaving sobs) and promised to finish job the next day.
Next day - no show and phone off.
Next day - Phone still off. I found his address and drove to his home.
No Gavin. I found his ex-wife who gave me his "new number".
Called the new number, no answer. Eventually via sms got hold of him. He had no excuses other than "I'm going through a hard time". I threatened to go to another supplier.
"No, please - I swear, I swear, I swear. Tomorrow 8am sharp"
I agreed; as he already had my money.
Next day - still no show! Drove to his house again- got his registration number and tracked him down in Blairgowrie. He was surprised to see me, but promised again and pleaded pitifully. I demanded a refund and threatened to open a case of against him. Still waiting for the refund and not hopeful... Thought I was getting a plumbing job, not an episode of Days of Our Lives!
