Hello Peter, i went to build it last month bought all the buildiong materials i need and we agreed that they will keep the material for us until we advise them to come and deliver. Every week Monday I get phone calls from different people at Build it wanting to know if they can come and deliver, which i explain over and over again that Not yet we will advise them when to deliver. One guy even confirmed that on the invoice it says "call customer first" On the 05th Aug i got 4 calls again from Buildit Sebokeng and i confirm don't deliver the material. When i got home from work on the 07th Aug i find roofing tiles outside my house, no one was at the house when they delivered no one phoned us to even tell us that they have delivered. the reason why we don't want them to deliver now is because we live in the township its only me and my husband at home. i come back from work everyday after 7pm my husband works night shifts so there is no one to look after the things during the day. We have explained to Buildit that we will ask them to deliver when the builders are ready to start building. i think what they did is immoral and very unprofessional.
