MONIES OWING TO TN BLINDS

I was sub-contracted to this guy and did blinds for two colleges in Durban. He owed me R10000 in total. After much running around and after taking him to the police station, he signed an affidavit promising to pay me R1000 per month from Jan 2012 till Oct 2012. However, he only paid me R7000 and to date, still owes me R3000. He has made numerous promises which never ever materialised. He had recently engaged the services of an attorney asking me to remove my complaints made on the "Complaints Board" forum but i have not removed them from the forum because i find no reason to because what i state is the truth and i am in no way defaming his name intentionally. I therefore invite him to comment on this forum with substantiation as to why i should remove these comments when. lawfully, money is owing to me for services rendered by my company.
