Please, don't do any business with Clarence Steyn and his son Max (Delta Construction Botswana, Eco Panel or Brand Adds). He admitted to my tiles and cement, selling it back to CTM for cash. He my children's bicycles and pawned it for cash. Apart from, his bad workmanship will cost you dearly. In total he cost me over R30, 000 because of, damaged materials and improper work that had to be redone by someone else. He is not what he advertises/pretends to be.
