The Suntank panels we installed 5 years ago have fogged up on the inside due to condensation and this affects their efficiency significantly. We have contacted them telephonically at least 3 times and have submitted photos and an explanation twice by email. We have also followed up at least once by e-mail. To date we have received no response to the information provided, the latest being on 4 July 2013. Our most recent telephonic follow up was on Wednesday 17 July when I complained strongly about the lack of response and was told by the person who answered that he would take it up with his installation manager. All in all, pathetic service.
