Gutter People
Excellent service DOES still exist in SA!

The Roodepoort complex I live in was due for new gutters and so Gutter People were called. Now this task involves the labourers to climb on the roof and in the process things may get knocked over or shifted accidently, after all they are not ballerinas and these things happen. This was the case with our DSTV satellite dish and wasn't picking up any signal. The guys tried to fix it but alas as this is not their area of expertise. I called their offices and was nervous that responsibility would be avoided as a "he said, she said" the receptionist advised that the owner, Julius, was not in but she would relay the message. Julius then called me back personally to offer his apologies and advised that he would refer me to someone to come out and repair the signal. He asked that I pay them and he would refund me during the course of the week. Problem solved & Julius made sure that the money was deposited into my account on the very SAME DAY! No hassle, no arguments and an absolute pleasure to deal with. The fact that the actual owner of a company that has over 10 teams of workers all over the place actually took the time to be hands on and handle this PERSONALLY and HELPFULLY, priceless!
