Bad service from a new shop

I wanted to buy 100 m of bubble wrap. I had to give my details twice before an order was placed for me over a 8 week period.

Cape Town phoned me to inform me it has arrived. When I went to fetch it, the staff did not know that it has arrived. They found it on the system, but could not found it in the shop. The only guy was looking for ten minutes.

Finally as I was planning to leave, the manager came out and told me it has arrived and showed it to me. His staff was not informed. I was very irritated and went to pay. He brought it to me and told me it is not heavy, I can carry it myself. The shop was empty, and after all my trouble the least they could do, was carry it to my car.

I will never shop there again!!! You will think for a new shop they will want to deliver a good service.
