On Wednesday the 26th June, the contractor arrived to replace my ceiling, in doing so they left a big mess outside my garage including dry wall screws. That very day I had tires replaced on my motorbike and the next day, the rear tire had a dry wall in it. When they came back on the following Wednesday to finish the paintwork, they messed paint on my curtains and trod oil into my carpets on the staircase. I informed the contractor via e-mail and they sent out someone to investigate and after he took photo's, I received a very nasty e-mail telling me that I am 100% out of line, using them as a 'scapegoat' and that I put the into my own tire and that I used a driver to do it. Secondly that I have disgusting oil filled carpets?? After contacting the person who wrote the mail, she denied that it was her writing and it was on behalf of management. But that's not what the e-mail says. I requested a meeting with them and they "made an appointment" without my consent as I have pre arranged commitments. Now I'n not looking for anything out of this, ITS THE PRINCIPAL! Just a simple apology would be nice but instead they getting their back up... Maybe this isn't the first
