Bad services left us with no wate

We installed an electrovend last year. And from day one we had problems with the account. December our electricity was cut off because of the outstanding amount on our municipality account. Electrovend did not close the account. We had to pay R7000 to get the electricity installed and of course we never saw the R7000. We've been sending them the municipality account since December and the outstanding amount is R30 000. Two weeks ago they decreased our water suply. We spoke numerous times to Sannie that assured us that she is speaking to the people. No it is weekend again and still no water and no one answers the phone. I told her I spoke to my attorney who said that we could move in to a hotel on electovends cost. That is what we are doing. I can't live like this anymore. I warn anybody ever thinking of installing a prepaid meter. DONT USE THEM. The after care is pathetic and they do not deliver on their promises. Stay clear of this one
