The Good, Bad and the Ugly

I would recommend Econowindow but would also add that finding the right sales consultant is equally important. One that is not tuned to your service needs, can waste precious time.

I settled on Cheryl Wood, who always responds back, no matter how small the question. And is not afraid to call, if something needs explaining. Communication is a big deal for me and she has not disappointed in this aspect.

Despite certain management issues that were encountered, like the production team getting ahead of themselves before actual acceptance of a quote, my only complaint is that none of the managers, thought it necessary to call and apologise for the error and to show some level of gratitude, that I did not complicate their lives - as I was perfectly in my right to leave them with an order, with no client to go to. I did negotiate a discount and was happy to accept the order as is.

I must commend the guys that did the installation for the manner in which they worked. They were methodical and constantly cleaning up after themselves. There were three guys and each had a role to play and were fantastic. The end result was better than expected. I would do business with this co. again
