WORST SERVICE EVER

We purchased a shower head on 3rd June. The shower head split in half after 10 days use. I took it back to the store where i met Frans. Frans told me he cant replace it as the product is faulty and have no more stock. Would i mind paying in for a different brand. I had no problem with this. We met with one floor manager who said frans must get him the bar code so we can do the transaction. I was left for over 30mins and frans returned saying that they he had spoken to Thelma Ramotswa who said the product was not complete and they could not return it. Day one of fitting the unit the threads stripped... i threw it away and went out an bought a new attachment as we needed a shower head that day. When i asked Frans if i could chat to Thelma he said she wasnt in... i said you just spoke to her... he couldnt answer and had a full mouth of teeth and said theres no one i can chat to. When i told him how upset i was he told me and i quote "you white people think you can get away with everything" laughed and walked off! I dont think i was asking for much and to be treated like this is just unacceptable. It may be a small item but the service is disgusting
