DISGUSTING WORKMANSHIP AND OFFENSIVE ATTITUDE

An electric motor for my garage door was installed by the above company. Much to my distaste the workmanship was very sloppy and my garage light no longer worked. As a working mother I was unfortunately not present on installation. My daughter signed off a job card accepting the completed installation.

Upon logging a formal complaint via email, I was insulted and told I'm looking for a free light repair/scapegoat. I was furthermore harassed by snotty remarks and a very bad attitude towards a PAYING customer, and got told that I would have to pay a call-out fee for them to fix THEIR OWN SLOPPY WORK.

I would NEVER recommend this company on workmanship alone, never-mind the way they treat their customers who complain.

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING AND RUDE MAN!!!
