Dr house, did repair work at a property. The tenant changed him away before finishing because of ineffective workforce. When he got the change to finish, he want 100%of the costs upfront while delivering only 30% of the job and still having 50% of the material. I think it is unexceptable and people needs to be warned not to do business with him as the possibility to forfeit work he needs to do is high, plus you might sit with a account queries where he want 50% first day after jobs starts, 25% 2nd and the rest the 3rd day even if the job is not finished. This gives me a idea of a scrupiolous contracter. He also like to send small inefficient emails only demanding his side of the story. You do not want to get involved in pitty things like that with a pitty business man
