I am a resident of benoni and i went browsing for a general handy man/ contractor. I saw RJ Maintenance add on gumtree and decided to give them a call. At first i was very sceptical as you don't know what you might find on some of these sites, ...this very polite young man came to my house with no "call out fee" as they would call it and assisted me on exactly what i needed doing to the property, in turn, he suggested even better solutions where i would be saving myself a bit of money especially in this economic downfall we all facing. Now where do you find someone like that in the building industry.

I agreed to his quotation to paint the roof, general electrical repairs as well as a refurbishment to our old carport. He was great, everything he said to me was true and he did not take any shortcuts trying to hassle me for money all the time. He never left the house as some other builders would do just dumping their boys, he was always there and just did an outstanding job. Thanks AGAIN Ryan, and great job. Keep the good work up
