Criminal..He takes deposit money and disaapears

This guy is a swimming pool person, a ZCC old man, very dark in complexion. he is an absolute smooth talker, he will work for the first 2 days, ask for teh deposit, then he disappears. Absolute and artist. he is a criminal, he walked away with R32 000. Its a pity the SA law does not register this as a crime, I have to go through the small claims court.
