Underfloor Heating Woes

I have had underfloor heating by Home Comfort installed in my new house in June 2012 and it was eventually connected up in September 2012 just before I moved in. However when the team came to check whether everything was working, it was discovered that the underfloor heating in the kitchen was not working. After several phone calls and emails, 3 different people came out at 3 different times over the last 8 months to check the system yet nothing has been done to rectify the problem. They keep saying that they don't know what the problem is and they can't locate the break in the system. This is an unaccceptable excuse as they were given the specs of the kitchen and where the cupboards were going to be installed and no cables or mats were installed in those areas. Furthermore the alarm would have beeped had the wires been cut by the cupboard fitters or tilers. None of this happpened. Being in the industry they should know the risks. Now they are not accepting responsibility for the system not working. They demanded payment up front and now when I requested for my money back, they keep blaming other people and sending me from one person to the other. This company is bad news.
