Ipped off

Goosein came to replace all my leaking windows which I paid him for up front and he also gave me a guarantee. He had to do the job in summer, but 2 months later when the winter rains arrived it leaked worse than before the job was done. I called him over 100x to please come and sort the problem out. It has now been 2 years I cannot find him, he does not answer any of my calls. All I know is that he own's a hardware store. I am a single divorcee with not much money and saved for years to fix the leaking windows which cost me a fortune and I feel he has taken advantage of me. I asked a friend in the same bussiness as Goosein to check out the problem He said it is the worst job he has ever seen, as all the windows were cut too small and therefore the rain is pouring in. The entire job will have to be redone. I am trying to find him so I can sue him for bad workmenship and not returning to sort out the problem which he faithfully promised when he took my money. I hope this will go viral as I am so depressed being ripped off with people like Goosein. Please if anyone knows who he is or where he lives or a contact no, I will really appreciate it.
