Another AAA rip off

This is my third bad experience with this company but they have so many aliases you only find out when its too late!
My son called them (Fourways electrical) because his distribution board caught fire. they sent someone on the promise of R495 callout that would be refunded if they got the job. they called to me to say it was a major repair and it would be about R10-12000. I spoke to their office - Vaughn. I asked for a breakdown of the R10000 but of course he would not give that although you need it for insurance. Then realised it was AAA so I said I would not deal with them - they must just make it safe and leave. He said that would be R1950!!I said it that's what you charge to disconnect a wire from a terminal then you can understand why I won't deal with you.
In the end I got a certified private electrician who charged R1700!!!
Who are these people - they should be reported and nobody should deal with them
