Have had 2 x garage doors that have been malfunctioning for years. The makers came round a year ago, did a rudimentary clean and said all was ok. They were worse than ever. Phone estimate by another company for several thousand Rands.
Found Instigate online while browsing, and called Michael. He promised to pop round to evaluate, and was there spot on time. Then didn't exaggerate the issues. They arrived exactly when they said they would, came back another day even though the doors were working, because they said they could improve it further, and spent quite a few hours getting everything working well. And for all of that, they charged me less than half what I expected.
I am a very happy customer. Won't hesitate to use them for anything related to their field.
