KDP SERVICES - uses material

Having trouble with water running under house, we hired this company called KDP Services in Kroonstad, to fix the problem we having and to install devils fork pallisades infront of our house. Riaan Kruger (owner of Kdp services) and his workers excactly working 6days at our home, and suddenly the Police arrived at our home starting to asked questions about the devilsfork panels laying on the ground. We told the Police that Riaan Kruger the Owner of KDP SERVICES brought it to our home coz we hired him to install devilsfork fencing infront of our house. It wasent even an hour that passed before the police told us that this guy RIAAN KRUGER from KDP SERVICES has the devilsfork panels that he was going to install at our home. We left the issue between Riaan and police, but we told Riaan that we do not want to make use of him anymore and that we want our money back that we have paid him up to so far, and that we will get some else to do the work for us.. He said its fine he will bring the money the following day to us.. Well its 3 months now and we havent recieved our money back.. Everytime that we call Riaan he says tomorrow, till date we havent got our money, he dissaperd with it
