Watch out for this possible

Called Marius for quote - pleasant enough - provided competitive quote - we queried specs - happy with specs placed order to have gates made and installed. His tax invoice 6787.

Asked for 50% deposit - paid it into his Standard Bank account.

Had to phone him many times to find out what was happening and was given one story after the other. eventually received an SMS where he says he will pay deposit back - that was 02 May 2013.

Since then has not taken my calls nor answered my e mails. I have approached SAPS to lay a charge of.

No where on his invoice or website is an address given and that makes it difficult to trace him.

I want my deposit back!
