Matrix Fried my HDD and Refused to replace it!!!

I purchased a Graphics card a few month ago, after about 2weeks my pc would not turn on at all. I didn't check what was wrong after knowing that if i take out my graphics card they will try to tell me that I fried it with static electricity (only that they could void my warranty). So I took my Pc in on a Sunday morning so that they could test the GC. My pc wasnt booked in and they still took it and worked on it, i was furious after seeing that this guy did not know what he is doing (messing around with other components). After this guy finaly took out my GC and tested it, it worked. That was all I wanted to know. He then started pulling on my PSU wires and he broke of the sata plugs on the HDD, it made a short and fried my HDD. I did not know this I was busy with another employee after knowing it was my motherboard to order one for me. The other guy kept on taking components out of my pc and tried testing after i said it was the motherboard and he plied it was my CPU. I reported this to PJ who claimed to be the manager, he told me if they damaged my pc that they will not be held responsible and that the incident never happened I told him to check their camera footage he never did!.
