HIGH FIVE TO PETER

Good Day

I am in my third year of marketing studies, and may I just say what an excellent job Peter is doing and the rest of the team at Hello Peter!!! I have encountered so many times bad service, and it is everywhere, and yes make companies pay to respond to complaints. Companies in todays world is product orientated and NOT customer orientated. Look you do get that grumpy consumer who thinks you have to fall to your knees and kiss the ground they walk on, but then you get that sort of consumer, like myself who just dont understand why if I didnt do anything wrong gives any cashier, waitron, hotel staff or parking attended the right to be rude with me.

Its like a terrible cycle, one is rude to the other, they go home and take it out on a family or friend and that family and friend just takes it out on some one else.

But wait before I stray of the topic. HIGH FIVE to hello peter, keep doing what you guys doing and may all these companies watch out. Consumers are becoming more knowledgable. Because why... consumers are king and they have right to service, information and being treated with respect.
