Very quick service

I work at MTN. Our printer had a problem and we can't be without one. I phone Nashua Polokwane (015) 296 7600 and ask for a Technician to come and check what the problem is. I phoned them late afternoon and the lady, who was also very friendly, gave me a reference number. The next morning when we just opened the technician was here and identify the problem. He said he will try to get us up and running as soon as possible. He came back not even 15 minutes later with a new part. This was really very quick and efficient. I am very pleased with the service I've received. This was excellent!
