Acer Iconia Worst product eve

I have purchased an Acer Iconia Dual Screen, Used the product for max 4hrs cause everytime i want to use it after 15mins the virtual keyboard jams. I have tried to restore to factory setting and the problem persists. Im really not happy with this product. I want it changed. I want something else with the same specs. i have checked on the web and a lot of people are complaining of the same problem and had it changed. ACER has made a dual screen tablet pc. If the sales person had informed me about the 15mins usage only i would have never bought it!!! im really not happy.
