I have recently had my HP pavilion DV6 6080ei fixed due to overheating problems. After a couple of days my laptop was fixed, and then from my home.

Michelle Teixeira has been going out of her way to ensure that I get the best service and quotations to replace said laptop. If I could do anything else to see that she gets the due appreciation that she deserves I would do that!
