Apple account been subtracted by and paid on Vodacom account

I have been billed each month for an Apple account of R 124.99 each month on my Vodacom account.
This is going on now for years and I tried to access and phoned the number on the scrip shows only scam.
I need Vodacom to remove this subtraction account from my Vodacom Billing.
