Watch out for these people

New tech International Environmental Products has contacted me to sell Printer cartridges for my printer. This guy explained that you get more prints out with their product. My first delivery was on the 23/01/2013 and the amount was over 2000 rand. I told the delivery guy to take it back as i pay for my cartridge in town 1000 rand. i was contacted by the office and the guy said his delivery guy told him i send him away with the parcel. I then told him what i pay and then a long story about how far you can go with their cartridge. I told this guy to send it back and give it a go. I received 2 cartridge of each colour on the 23/04/2013 and was told it was the remainder of the order. Now on the 29/05/2013 i received a statement of 5804.88 that i own them. When i contact the office i was told that i bought a bulk package. I was not aware of that. If i was told everything i would not have placed an order that is going to cost me over 7000 rand were i can buy the same amount of cartridges for 3000 rand.
