Requested a second user licence, paid funds @ 15h52 and mailed proof of payment. No serial number issued. Closed @ 16h30.
Called 18/01/2014 @ 9h30 and told invoive not processed and nobody available to process invoice till Monday.
Sales person would have sent paperwork to register laptop and also no paperwork received.
Poor service. What the use of paying thousends of rands and this what you get for your money? At the end of the day you are just another number in their books. So lets just charge hudge fees for products and not deliver as promised and resolve when we want to. That the attitude of Pastel. I will not recommend Pastel to anybody else. I think I better stay with WEB Accounting
