Very poor service!

For the third time in 12 months, we sent the same MacBook Pro to Digicape, with the same problems (crashing, not charging reliably). Previously we bought a new power adaptor - problem continued. The two previous times, the laptop was returned as being in working order, no problems. We paid for the couriers both ways, the diagnostic, servicing, new charger; and waited a looong time for the computer to be serviced and returned.
this third time, i was told on the phone, that if the problem was the same as before we shouldnt have to pay. Yet we have now been sent two forms - one waiving any claim for lost data, the other agreeing in advance to pay the diagnostics cost. there was no mention regarding not charging us for a repeat problem. this is one of 3 computers we have bought from Digicape themselves.
i have not received a reply to email querying the forms sent, and request for a replacement laptop or assurance of no fee.
