Hello Peter a Complaint Portal, not much more

I want to debate the legitimacy of Hellopeter as a Consumer Forum or Consumer Website.

Who do you think renders the best service, Absa or JustPlay!
Yet if you look at Hellopeter's stats on the two Justpaly got 442 compliments, and 19 complaints.

Justplay is the kind of site where you stand to win a most wonderful prize if you complete a questionnaire. Justplays Compliments looks cooked and faked to me - I want to formally report that.

Absa got 748 Compliments and 5920 Complaints.

Discovery: 429 Compliments and 1981 Complaints. That is clearly not representative of who and what Discovery or Absa is. They spend millions on customer service, they are reasonably good overall.

And this is pretty much the trend for everybody except the Insurance guys like MiWay and Outsurance, and Women First. Why - because it is all telephonically, the real service they render is when it comes to paying out. But you never hear of those - not positive or negative. I think the reason for that is that when a client disputes a pay-out, somewhere along the line they sign a nondisclosure.

I am tired of Hello Peter and this system. It is a platform for complaints, not much more.
