Paid R1986 and problem unsolved

Computers & Services

I took pc to Matrix Sat 23 Nov for random blue screen error, Charlie phoned Sunday telling me that MB is faulty but will check more
He phoned Monday telling me MB & PSU is faulty, I got pc back 26 Nov
The weekend it blue screen again I had to reinstall win caused it crashed & didnt wanna start up, I took back & other techs looked at it & saw blue screening, they had pc few days & all they did was reseat everything & told me fine now, couldnt find fault
Same night it blue screen again, I phoned next day & was told it could be speakers ect. I removed speakers, changed kb, mouse & power cables, still same, i got hwmonitor & found pc overheating which techs didnt see, went to Matrix got fans, while there pc stalled twice@ home pc blue screen again, I went to [URL Removed] & was told to get memtest I ran same & found errors on RAM which Charlie didnt, i was told they ran memtest & found no errors which makes no sense. I was told I could get R130 discount on 4gb ddr3 RAM, I dont think that discount justifies me after paying R1986 for MB & PSU that wasnt faulty, if I pay R420 for RAM I will pay R2406 where I should have paid R550 from the start if problem was correctly diagnosed.
