I called the Acer technical department on 0871513400 today, i firstly spoke to a Jacques who did'nt show any willingness to assist, i explained my problem and he just said i must give him my email address so that he can send me qoutation form because he is supposed to send me the disc, he did'nt even explain what the form is for. I waited for the form for approxiametly an hour, i then called back i spoke to a gentleman by the name of Mbeka, i explained my problems, he gave possible solutions to my problem and explained what a qoutation is for. I then advised him that the me try the troubleshooting steps then i will call him back for further assistance, I then called back at 16H54 i spoke to the rude Jacques who tried to put me through to Mbeka, it couldnt through i then requested to stay on the line, he then released the call because it was knock of time, I'm not happy with his customer service his rude and he doesn't know what customer service is. I want something to be done about this.

I was happy with the service from Mbeka his a STAR.

Acer please tell why am i supposed to pay for the System restore disc because its supposed to come with the laptop... Please help...
