DO Not use these guys for internet

They keep on passing the buck. lightning hits wifi device. now they are saying have to wait for 2 weeks. but then we see they sort out the hotel next the the estate with new equipment. Not acceptable at all.
Please guys never use these guys for anything . there service big time
