Unable to reply to future comments on Hello Pete

We requested to become a company that responds on Hello Peter, and wish to subscribe at the lowest fee level as a start. This is in order to respond to future remarks on the Hello Peter website. Hello Peter refuses us this option and instead says we need to pay R1300 for a higher level. We have sent several emails in this regard over a 3 day period without a response.
