I am a bit disappointed with the service I got from iFix repairers with regards to my device that was there for a broken back cover from falling. So I went down to iFix requesting them to check out my iPhone4 for any possible damage which they did & they picked up that it needs a new batt, charger dock as well as my new back cover that's it. I gave them go ahead, I payed for for what they've quoted me and then I collected my device. A day or two later I need to connect my wi-fi at work cause I always connect it when I want to check my e-mails etc on "always on" wi-fi at work - it searches but won't connect - I phoned the lady from iFix I forgot her name but she knows me now judging from the attitude she gave me when I was there by the store recently - she needs to realize that Black people do exist, if she going to undermine me because I am black she must think again - she knows what I am talking about exactly what happened on Tuesday 20-08-2013, she takes me for a fool explaining the same thing more than once as if I don't hear what she's telling me - she does not want to hear what I am telling her that my device came back from repairs with the FAULT which was never a case.
