This Company's business is to debit order your account without your authorisation. I was debited for 3 month without my knowledge. Further to an sms warning from my bank, I called the company and was informed that they will "deal" with the matter in 48 hours. More than a month later, and I still have not received any feedback. I called again today and and had to deal with the rudest most disrespectful callcentre agent in the country. Eventually she says to me if I don't have the debit reference numbers I cannot receive a refund. I did have a reference number, and am awaiting my refund.
To date, I have no knowledge of the nature of the debit amounts or what the Company's core business is.
