Poor Service

We utilise a Tradepage product called the "Infinity Shield". It assists in the management of your network by monitoring internet usage etc.. The product is great, the support behind it is appalling. On 21 October 2013 our I-Shield failed. We took it in and collected it on 22 October 2013. This means because of the I-Shield our entire network is down with everyone unable to receive emails, browse internet etc.. The technicians are rarely available to assist and when they are out to see clients you have to wait until they come back. I have made Quinton aware of my predicament early morning 22 October 2013 and still no one has called me. Please be careful when purchasing this product from Tradepage because when you require support you better hope there is a technician available to assist you.
