Part Serve
Terrible Service

I had my laptop sent to Part Serve around July of 2013, where they had absolutely disgusting service with their repairs. We sent in a Lenova laptop which had an extremely high pitched sound that was irritating everyone in the office. We decided to send it in, and they returned with the problem not solved at all. They also replied that there was no problem whatsoever.
We then took a video of the sound being generated and sent it to them with the laptop. This time they took it and had it for a while before they explained that they couldn't find anything wrong with it. Not only did they take their time doing it, but we sent a video with the problem. This was all done while our manager had to go to their office up and down about 3 times.
They are not friendly nor helpful with their problem solving (or lack thereof) or their service.
