I cannot say thank you enough for handling my complaints, Hello Peter is always my last resort. Lately i've been using Hello Peter more and more, as service elsewhere is lacking. Yesterday I had a complaint against Edgars and I've been trying to sort it out for 2 months and you guys sorted it out in an hour. It is so nice to know that somebody is there for you, when you feel frustrated and not getting the service you deserve.
