I'm south african. I purchased a laptop on my visit to australia about a month ago. I trusted the HP logo and brought the laptop home. To my utter disappointment the product was faulty from the first day. A brandnew product. The machine would restart for no reason every 10 minutes. I call customer care for HP south africa. I get asked to do certain diagnostic procedures and tests. These tests show no issues. I call back and get instructed to do a system restore. The problem persists. Then I bare the cost of delivering the machine for repairs to where the hp technician instructs me to. I get asked for proof of purchase. And get told 3 days later the POP is rejected. As a fed up, irritated customer I call and voice my frustration. Suddenly my POP gets accepted. I'm tired. Will never purchase any HP product in future. A product that never worked and I didn't benifit from. Absolute rubbish
